Questions about Pharmacy / Chemist
Does it sell the oldest stock first?
Yes. The till takes stock from the batch that expires first. Expired, quarantined, damaged and recalled batches cannot be sold.
Can I sell a single tablet from a box?
Yes, where you allow it for that medicine. You set the packaging units and which of them may be sold.
Can I trace a recalled batch?
Yes. A recall blocks the batch and shows the stock left in each branch and the sales it went to.
